yay. just came back frm. whee. ytd training was tedious. hahaha. having thigh muscles ache and some butt ache. hahaa. training ended at 9 plus instead of 8. so i ran like more den usual prac. cos it was de selection for today's M1 match. haha. ytd run till leg went wobbly. heng today im not selected. sure cant run. and luckilt tmro no training. hahaha. if u let mi chose band or rugby, i will chose band. cos is more slack as in, u get to enjoy air-con. and every prac is standard de. hahaha. but rugby is cool la. just tt im a noob in it lor. must train stamina le. if not sure cant take part in match. saddening.

yay. back frm red cross camp. hahh. this camp is like another SMA camp. cos i like SMA organise. 1/3 of campers are frm SMA n 95% of helper are frm SMA. ya lo. so can u imagine tf SMA didnt get involve in this camo, i dun think red cross camp will be so successful lor. cos i personally feel tt red cross suck. in terms of their pple. they like throw almost everything to SMA ple to do. den they like 1st time planing such thing like tt. so disorganise. tsk tsk.
anyway, i got tan. cos i went for kayating. n i got cut by fibre glass. is so pain la. alot of funny things happen, as usual. hahahaha.
